I felt like I had tried everything to lose weight.

I knew all the things I should be doing but could never find a plan that worked for me. Then I found Katie. Her approach is simple, structured, and continually tailored to my life circumstances, which can be extremely hectic with work and social times with family and friends.

Even though l'm based in the UK, l've always felt Katie is right by my side. I've been able to message her at any time, record my exercises to check I'm doing them right, and she's really helped me massively with her voice notes. My journey has been far from perfect, and Katie keeps reminding me that we're not looking for perfection. Life is not perfect, and in the past, l would have failed at one or a few things and just given up. Not with Katie. Every time, she's helped me analyze setbacks, readjust, and get right back on track to how I want to feel and be. Oh and the food... This has been a major game changer for me. The recipes are amazing— everything I love to eat, just planned and measured. I love my snack and alcohol bank, and l'm able to mostly stick to not spending what I don't have. Genius!

Since working with Katie, my overall health has improved dramatically. I have more energy, my mood has lifted, and I feel stronger and more confident in my body. Katie's holistic approach has not only helped me lose weight but also enhanced my mental and emotional well-being. I truly feel like a healthier, happier version of myself.

Katie is amazing. When you are older I believe that your will power is not as solid as it was when you are younger.

Bad habits tend to kick in and before you know it, you are starting to feel not quite yourself. Katie helped me think about “ME”, and worked a plan that still allowed me to have my “treats” but changed my mindset to think about my health and wellbeing.

What I love about Katies program is the amount of food you can eat and what you can eat!!

I have done three other training programs over my life and the food is limited, also the calories targets are low!! With Katies program you’re encouraged to have treats, and carbs!!!! What I have realised is Katie is a foodie, she likes food, so she creates recipes that are tasty and inviting to eat, and lose weight at the same time! Unlike the other programs I have done where the goal is food is fuel, not to be enjoyed.

I've tried lots of strategies over the years to lose weight, increase fitness, and gain confidence, but success has been varied.

As a psychologist with a special interest in willpower and motivation, I am always keen to reflect on what works for me, because we're all different. Katie takes this into account by offering a multi faceted approach to health and wellness that provides something for everyone. For me, the most important thing was the accountability of the weekly online check in, a chat that kept me honest and on track without making me ever feel guilty. In fact I really look forward to my catch ups with Katie and they're often a highlight of my week! When else does a busy woman get to stop, reflect, and discuss how she's really going? I now feel confident using gym equipment (previously scary and uncharted territory!) and I can feel my strength and fitness improve each week.
