Why I Coach Women Like You


I’ve been 30kg heavier after having my babies, uncomfortable in my body and desperate for something to change.

I’ve also been the smallest I’ve ever been — exhausted, hungry, bingeing, and constantly trying to “fix” myself with more rules and more restriction.

I know exactly what it feels like to be stuck in the all-or-nothing cycle.
I know how exhausting it is to second-guess every food choice.
And I know what it’s like to wake up one day and think,
“This can’t be my life anymore.”

Nutrition isn’t just about weight loss.
It’s about energy, confidence, performance, and actually liking the way you live.

And that’s the part no one teaches you.

I’ve lived at both ends of health and fitness — and everything in between.


I ran two London Marathons on under-fuelled legs, convinced that eating less would help me look “fitter” and perform better.

It didn’t.

I battled gut issues, low energy, and constant burnout — yet I couldn’t figure out why everything felt harder than it should.

I didn’t know how to fuel for performance.
Everything I’d learned was about shrinking myself, not strengthening myself.

So I went back to basics, relearned everything I thought I knew about training and nutrition, and finally built habits that helped me feel strong, energised, and in control.

Now, I help other busy women do the same.


I’m a:

✔ Certified Personal Trainer
✔ Pre & Postnatal + Women’s Strength Coach
✔ Qualified in Sports & General Nutrition

But the real difference is that I’ve lived the ups and downs myself.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck in restriction, dieting, over-exercising, or feeling like nothing is working.
I also know what it’s like to train properly, fuel properly, and finally feel strong without extremes.

I don’t just teach this — I live it.
And I know what actually works for busy women.
