I have been in the dressing room in tears because I can't zip up the jeans I so desperately want to buy to 'fit in with the crowd and feel normal.'

I cried on the start line of the london marathon because I was beyond proud of the work and journey that had got me there. I also cried at the finish line because, wow what an achievement!






As a mum, I understand firsthand the challenges of balancing family, work, and personal health. I teach and lead from a place of experience, knowledge, and expertise. My philosophy is simple: health and weight loss don't have to be complicated. Simplicity is key in a world where we're all juggling various responsibilities. That's why I focus on giving you the tools, knowledge, support, and guidance you need to make positive, sustainable changes without overwhelming you with complex methods.

Each phase led me to a place of balance. I’m proud of my body and what it does for me. Now, I prioritise my health.

Based in Melbourne, I've had the privilege of working with clients from all corners of the globe through online personal and group coaching sessions. 

My love for fitness and training dates back to my earliest memories, from that first exhilarating bounce on a trampoline at four years old. Growing up with a mother who was a trampoline coach instilled in me a competitive spirit and a deep-seated passion for physical excellence.

My passion led me to earn certifications as a Personal Trainer, Women's Specialist, Pre and Postnatal Coach, and Nutritionist.

You'll find me running, fitting in an at-home workout, or indulging in my love for baking in my spare time. I've run the London Marathon twice and completed several triathlons, so I know what it takes to set and achieve a goal. Whether you're a busy mum, a career-driven individual, or someone who's ready to take their health journey to the next level, I’m here for you.

My favourite food is pizza, and we enjoy it religiously on “Pizza Fridays”.

I had my first baby at 26 and my third baby at 40.

My guilty pleasure is reality TV.

I found my first grey hair at 18. Well, my hairdresser did and then went ahead, plucked it out, and showed the whole salon

I passionately dislike olives.

I avoid answering the phone, text me please!

I love being outside, especially in the rain. It makes me feel alive!
