Why I Coach Women Like You


I know what it’s like to feel completely out of control around food.
I know the desperation of trying to ‘fix’ it with more rules, more restriction, more punishment.
I also know that none of that works—not in a way that lasts.

And when I started running? Training harder? Pushing my body in sport?

The same food issues followed me—because nutrition isn’t just about weight loss.

I’ve lived at both extremes of dieting.

I’ve been 30kg overweight, feeling uncomfortable in my body, desperate for control.

I’ve also been 11% body fat, bingeing on ice cream, trapped in a cycle of restriction and obsession.


I ran two London Marathons on under-fuelled, exhausted legs, thinking less food = better results.

I thought restricting my food after races was the key to keeping my weight down—yet I couldn’t understand why I was battling terrible IBS.

I trained through burnout, convinced that pushing harder would make up for the food I ate.

I had no clue how to fuel my body for performance—because everything I’d learned was about shrinking myself, not making myself stronger.

I had to re-learn everything I thought I knew about food, training, and results.

Now, I help other busy women do the same.


I'm Katie

My journey hasn’t been linear.

I have been overweight.

I have been fit.

I have felt uncomfortable in my skin.

I have not recognised myself in the mirror.

I have been idolised for being in great shape and ridiculed for not being in great shape.

But having the knowledge is one thing—living it is another.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck in restriction, dieting, and over-exercising.

I also know what it’s like to train, fuel, and perform at your absolute best.

And that’s what makes me different.

I don’t just teach this—I’ve been through it. And I know what actually works.
