about Me
about Me
Like most people who end up in HYROX, I didn’t start here.
I came into sport through endurance in my twenties, spending years running marathons and training for triathlons. Over time I started incorporating more strength work into my training as well, and eventually discovered HYROX — a sport that combines endurance, strength and competition in a way that reignited my love of the process.
These days I train and compete in HYROX myself while also coaching athletes preparing for their own races.
I’m also a mum to three girls and a partner, so I understand that most people training for HYROX are fitting it around work, family and the general chaos of everyday life. The athletes I coach aren’t full-time competitors — they’re everyday people who enjoy training and want to see what they’re capable of.
My coaching reflects that.
I focus on the things that actually make the biggest difference in HYROX: structured training, aerobic development, pacing and fuelling your body properly so your fitness holds up across the race.
When those pieces are in place, athletes arrive at the start line feeling calm, prepared and ready to perform well — not just survive the event.

My coaching is built around a few simple principles:
✔️ prioritises education and autonomy
✔️ sets clear expectations
✔️ supports performance through long-term consistency
✔️ adapts to real life without lowering standards
I enjoy working with athletes who value structure, are open to guidance, and want to approach their training with intention.
HYROX rewards preparation, consistency and doing the basics well — and that’s exactly what my coaching focuses on.
